ColorPanda AI is a web-based service that uses artificial intelligence to generate color palettes based on user descriptions. The service allows users to create, save, share, and export color palettes for various creative and professional purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our service. By making your palettes public, you grant other users the right to view and use those palettes. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload to our service.

ColorPanda AI is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data or any damages resulting from the use of our service.

In no event shall ColorPanda AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
